    16 oz Grround Turkey, 93% FF
    3 tsp mince garlic
    1 can Tomato Sauce
    1 can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles
    1 small can Green Chiles
    14 oz can Chicken Broth
    1 1/2 cups FM Instant Brown Rice
    1 Can Black Beans

    Makes 8 cups - each cup is 4 points


Brown ground turkey until no longer pink. Add garlic and saute for a bit. Add canned tomatoes and chiles. Add tomato sauce and chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add brown rice and reduce heat to simmer. Simmer until rice is tender, about 20 to 30 minutes. Add black beans and serve.
