    1/2 Cup Frozen Berry Mix
    1/2 Cup 1% Milk
    1/2 Cup Nonfat Plain Yogurt
    2 Tbsp. Wheat Germ


Place the frozen berries and bananas in the blender first, then add other ingredients on top to make a delicious lowfat smoothie! This will keep you full until lunchtime!
