    4 Medium Potatoes
    1 Cup Onion
    Garlic (Pressed or dried - as Seasoning)
    Pepper (Ground is best)
    Seasoning Salt (Johnny's)
    Olive Oil or Butter


Slice Potatoes and Onions into around 1/8" thick slices.
Lay out aluminum foil and spray with olive oil or non stick spray. Layer potatoes and onions with seasonings, spritzed oil or butter, and garlic. Place another oiled sheet of aluminum foil over the top and secure all four sides. Wrap another couple (at least two) more layers of aluminum foil around the initial bundle. Place on top rack of BBQ on low heat for 1 hour, rotate occasionally to prevent burning.
