    Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted, 9 oz
    Apples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped
    Apple juice, unsweetened, .5 cup
    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 2 tsp
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced


makes 3 servings

Brown chops, set aside

saute onions and celery (aprox 3 mins)
, add apple , apple juice and mrs dash.

Simmer for 5 mins then add pork back in.

Bake in oven for 15-20 mins (untill pork is cooked)
