    1/3 cup all purpose flour
    1/4 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
    1/4 tsp dried thyme
    1/8 tsp white pepper
    1 pkg (17.6) turkey breast cutlets
    4 tsp canola oil or olive oil
    1/4 cup white wine or reduced sodium chicken broth
    1/2 tsp cornstarch
    1/3 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
    1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
    1 tsp spicy brown mustard
    paprika, optional


In a large resealable plastic bag, combine flour, rosemary, thyme and pepper. Add turkey; seal bag and shake to coat. in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook turkey in oil over medium heat for 2-4 miutes on each side or until juices run clear. remove and keep warm.

add wine to skillet; cook and stir for 30 seconds, stirring to loosen browned bits from pan. combine cornstarch and broth until smooth; stir into skillet. add sour cream and mustard heat through. bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. pour over turkey; sprinkle with paprika if desired.
