    *Goya Dark Red Kidney Beans, 2 cup
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 8 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp
    Paprika, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp


Brown onion in micro safe dish in micro wave on high
Add ground turkey
Brown turkey on high.
while browning turkey add spices.
Drain excess fat from micro dish.
Add kidney beans
Add tomatoes.
Cook on high until beans are tender and sauce is the level of thickness is to your liking. Add red pepper to taste.
