    -9 ounces of chicken breast (I grilled mine first, but you don't have too.)
    -1/2 cup of onion, chopped or diced
    -1/2 cup of Green Peppers, chopped
    -1/4 cup celery
    -1 1/2 cup chicken broth
    -2 cup water
    -2 tbsp dried parsley (1 tbsp if you use fresh)
    -1 roll of biscuits (not cooked)


Put broth, water, onions, peppers, celery, parsley (and any other seasonings) into a pot. If your chicken is not cooked yet, put that in too. If it is cooked, then wait till liquid is hot.

When chicken is cooked, tear or cut into small pieces. Put the chicken back into the liquid. Tear uncooked biscuits into tiny pieces and roll into little balls. Drop them into the liquid and let cook for about 10 minutes or until the biscuits are cooked through. Careful not to over cook the biscuits.

Makes four 1 cup servings.
