Ingredients

    2 chicken breast, no skin or bones, cut into strips
    1 med. head cabbage, cut into chunks
    1 c. sliced carrots
    2 c. bean sprouts
    2 med. onions, cut into chunks
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    1-2 tbsp. asian seasoning
    water as needed

Directions

Cook chicken in skillet, add vegetables, oil, and seasonings. Add about 1/4 c. water. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender but not mushy. Add water as needed. 4 servings.
