Number of Servings: 6


    - 1lb. 93% Lean Ground Turkey
    - 1 can/1 cup Black Beans
    - 1 can/1 cup Kidney Beans
    - 1 can/1 cup Diced Red Tomatoes
    - .5 can/.5 cup Crushed Red Tomatoes
    - 1 Medium Onion
    - 2 Cups of Water
    - ~2 Tbsp Chili Powder (to taste)
    - ~2 Tbsp Black Pepper (to taste)
    - ~2 Tbsp Oregano (to taste)
    - ~2 Tbsp Cayenne (to taste)


1. Drain/Rinse Cans of Beans
2. Chop up the Onion
3. Combine all ingredients in a Crock Pot
4. Turn it on at desired setting (preferably medium-lower heat for longer cooking)
5. Walk away until it's done.

Makes Six(6) 1-Cup servings
Note: If you prefer to use fresh ingredients and dried beans - BY ALL MEANS - just make sure to add some salt.
