Great pasta dish heavy on the flavor and light on the waistline! Great pasta dish heavy on the flavor and light on the waistline!
Number of Servings: 7


    1 Pkg Whole Wheat Spaghetti
    2 T EVOO
    2 T Balsamic Vinegar
    2 T Garlic, minced
    1 Can Diced Tomatoes (or 3 C fresh tomatoes)
    1 T Oregano to taste
    1 T Basil to taste


Cook Pasta.
While pasta cooking the last few minutes, heat EVOO on med heat in large skillet or frying pan.
Add Garlic and brown.
Add Tomatoes, Balsamic Vinegar.
Drain Pasta and add to skillet or frying pan and mix with sauce mixture until heated through.
Add oregano and basil to taste.
Makes 7 1 C servings
