    2 1/2 lbs chicken legs or wings
    1 2/3 T olive oil (to help it stop sticking to the pan)
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1 2/3 T ketchup
    3/4 cup honey (i'm going to try a little less tonight)
    2-3 garlic cloves, minced
    salt and pepper


preheat oven to 350 degrees F
place chicken in a 9x13 baking dish mix together the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper
pour over the chicken
bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until sauce is caramelized
could also use wings or pork ribs

  • I had the ingredients on hand so that was a big plus for this recipe. The taste was good and my husband liked it. chicken legs were on sale so it was economical. Perhaps I used too small a pan for the amount of chicken I had because I didn't get to carmelization stage. I'll try again with leftovers. - 1/13/11
