Ingredients

    8 oz Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Linguine Pasta
    2 c Frozen Broccoli
    1/4 c Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
    1 lb frozen shrimp
    1 2/3 c skim milk
    4 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
    1/4 c Low Fat Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

1. Cook Pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli to the last 2 min. of pasta cooking time. Drain pasta mixture
2. Thaw shrimp in collander under cool water as directed.
3. Heat dressing in a large nonstick skillet on medium high heat. Stir in thawed shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Stir in milk, cream cheese and Parmesan Cheese. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook 1 to 2 min. or until sauce is well blended and heated through.
5. Add Shrimp mixture to pasta mixture, stir lightly.
