    10gm Pumkin seeds
    10gm Sundflower seeds
    15gm Raisins
    .7c Milk 1%


Pour the oats in a small bowl, add all the seeds and raisins on top and pour milk over it.

Makes one serving

If you want even more fiber you can add Linseeds on top.
