    1 can of canned chicken in water, drained
    1 can of corn, drained and rinsed
    1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
    1/2 cup of salsa
    garlic powder


Shred chicken and place in bowl. Add half the corn and half the beans to bowl with chicken. Add salsa and garlic powder. Mix well.

I ate this with baked Tostitos scoops. You could really do anything with it though. Use in tortillas, on a salad, over rice.

Roughly a cup, which makes 3 servings
