    1 20oz bag Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Cornbread Mix
    2 Omega-3 Eggs
    2.5 Cups Rice Milk
    1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1 1/4 cup kernel corn
    1/3 cup green onions including white part

Directions

Mix and drop by ladle onto griddle. Makes approximately 15 4" round pancakes (100g each).
