    6 large eggs
    6-8 sausage patties (cooked)
    4 pieces bread (crust removed)
    chopped onion (as desired)
    1 cup milk
    4Tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
    3oz velveeta
    as desired:
    season salt


Spray cooking spray in a 2qt casserole dish. Next layer small pieces of bread, cooked sausage patties (chopped), onion, shredded cheese, and cubed velveeta. Next mix milk, eggs, and all seasonings. Pour over layered items. This can be cooked immediately or after being refrigerated overnight. If cooked from refrigeration, allow casserole to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes (until center is set).
