    Butter, salted, .1/4 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/4 cup
    Splenda 1/2 cup
    Splenda Brown Sugar Blend,1/4 cup
    egg Creation 500g 1/2 cup
    Kingsmill Rice Bread and Baking Mix, 180 gram(s) aprx 1 cup
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Rum, 30 mL (2tbsp)
    Apples, fresh, 250 grams


Spray glass pie plate with PAM. Beat butter applesauce and Splendas together. Beat in egg creations and flavorings. Beat in flour and salt and baking powder. Pour into pie plate. Peel and slice apples and arrange attractively on top.
Bake in a 350 oven for 30 minutes or until center is set.
Serves 8 moderate sized slices.
