    20 oz of ground turkey, I lage chopped yellow onion, 1 1/2 cup crushed cheerios, 2 large eggs, 1/8 cup grated parmeasan cheese, 1/2 tbls salt, 1/2 tbls garlic powder, 1/2 tbls Italian Seasoning, 1/2 tbls oregano,


Preheat oven at 375. In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix completely. For the meat loaf into a lof and place into a glass meat loaf pan. Put soem of the katchup and parmesan cheese on top. Bake unclvered for 45 mins or until brown on top
