    6 jalapeno peppers
    1 medium Onion
    6 slices bacon
    1 venison steak


Please note you will need skewers or toothpicks for this recipe.

Half and seed jalapeno peppers then set aside. Cut onion in half and then cut each half into six wedges. Cut bacon strips in half. Cut venison steak into twelve pieces making sure to remove any fat.

Once everything is prepped, assemble your sticks. In each jalapeno half, place 1 piece of steak and a wedge of onion. Wrap filled pepper with one of the halved bacon slices and place on skewer.

Slow cook on your grill until bacon is more crispy than chewy for best flavor. Don't have an outdoor grill? Use an indoor grill or George Foreman grill.

This makes two servings of six jalapeno halves.
