    8 large potatoes
    1 tablespoon salt
    3/4 cup Calorie-wise Miracle Whip
1/4 cup Becel Olive Oil margarine
    1/4 cup 1% milk
    salt and pepper to taste

Peal the potatoes and cut them into about 3 - 4 pieces. Try to make sure that all of your pieces are about the same size so that they cook evenly.

Put the potatoes in a large pot and fill with water until the potatoes are covered. Add the salt (this removes the starch from the potatoes).

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered (with valve opened or lid slightly askew if starting to bubble over), 20 30 minutes, or until done. You should be able to poke a fork through them easily.

Drain water from potatoes. Put hot potatoes into a bowl and mash with a potato masher until they are roughly mashed. Add mayonnaise, butter and milk. Use a mix master or electric beater to beat further, adding milk to achieve the consistency you desire.

Do not over-beat or your potatoes will get gluey. Also, never use a food processor for mashing potatoes or they will get gluey as well.

Salt and pepper to taste.
