Tender roasted asparagus with a sesame soy sauce. Tender roasted asparagus with a sesame soy sauce.
Number of Servings: 4


    1 lb fresh asparagus, sesame oil (dark), low sodium soy sauce, black pepper and toasted sesame seeds.


1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. cut off rough tips from asparagus and place in zip lok bag with sesame oil, soy sauce and black pepper. Shake until asparagus is coated.
3. Bake asparagus for 10 minutes, flipping spears half way through or until asparagus is crunchy, yet soft.
4. Sprinkel with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
