    Angel Food Cake (1/12 of 12oz cake), 12 servings
    *Gelatin - Peach, Jello, 2 cup
    Cream Cheese, 8 oz
    Whipped Cream, pressurized, 4.5 cup
    *Peaches, canned, water pack, 4 cup, halves or slices
    Strawberries, fresh, 4 cup, halves


disolve jello in 1 c boiing water & cool. Stir into 8oz softened cream sheese, fold in whip cream.

Slice cake horizontally in 3 layers & layer fruit & cream. using all.
