Ingredients

    1. 6 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and sliced
    2. 1 medium onion, chopped
    3. 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
    4. 4 Tbsp bacon grease
    5. 1 Tbsp. flour
    6. 1/2 cup water
    7. 1/2 cup cider vinegar
    8. 1/2 cup Splenda
    9. Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. PLACE cubed, cooked potatoes in large bowl; set aside.
2. ADD onion and celery to skillet with bacon drippings; cook and stir until celery is crisp-tender.
3. Blend in flour. Stir in water, vinegar, sugar substitue, salt, and pepper. Bring to boil. Cook on medium heat 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
4. Pour over potatoes; mix lightly. Serve warm.
