Ingredients

2 lbs frozen hash browns
1 stick butter, melted
1 pt of sour cream
2 T chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
Topping:
2 C. crushed RF ritz crackers (50 crackers)
1/2 stick butter, melted
Directions
Mix first 6 items in a bowl and place into a 9x13 pan.
Mix melted butter (1/2 stick) and ritz cracker crumbs in bowl. Spread over top hash brown mixture.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour uncovered.
