    1 box Frozen spinach
    half a tub of low fat ricotta cheese
    wonton wrappers
    1 cup of tomato sauce


1. Defrost spinach and drain. Add spinach and ricotta (season as desired.
2. Place about a tbsp of filling in the middle of a wonton wrapper and dab a little watter around the edges. Place another wonton wrapper on top.
3. Cook in boiling water until tender. Heat Sauce in mean time (add any remaining filling to sauce). Add cooked ravioli to sauce and serve.
