    1.5 lbs Ahi Tuna Steaks, 1 inch thick
    2 Tbs Cajun Seasoning
    2 Tbs Olive Oil
    2 Tbs Butter


Open your windows because your kitchen might get a bit smokey with this recipe! Coat tuna with cajun seasoning. Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over high heat. When oil is nearly smoking, place the tuna steaks in the pan. Cook on one side for 3-4 minutes, or until blackened. Turn steaks and cook 3-4 minutes to desired done-ness.
