Quick and easy, great start to any morning. Quick and easy, great start to any morning.
Number of Servings: 1


    1 english muffin
    1 large egg
    1/2 oz ham
    1/2 oz cheese
    olive oil for pan


Toast english muffin. Meanwhile heat up nonstick fry pan, spray with olive oil, cook egg (I like it over medium). Flip egg than place ham,cheese on top of egg, cover with lid, turn off heat (cheese should be slightly melted). Total time on the egg cooking depends how you like it, flipping eliminates runny whites but gives a cream yolk.

Place egg on english muffin and enjoy.
Serve with fresh fruit.
