Ingredients

    1-12 oz nonfat cottage cheese
    2-3oz sugar free jello--orange
    1-20 oz drained crushed pineapple
    12 oz cool whip lite
    2 --15 oz mandarin oranges drained

Directions

Mix cottage cheese and jello together. Add pineapple. Fold in cool whip. Then fold gently the oranges so you don't break them up. Chill a few hours or overnight and enjoy.

Serves about 15 1/2 cup servings
