    Broccoli, frozen, 2 package (10 oz) (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    *Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 3 oz (remove)


Cook lentils according to package
Thaw broccoli or use fresh
Cube tofu
Chop mushrooms
Layer in 13x9 dish and cook 30 minutes at 350
