    * Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 3 strips
    * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .07 cup
    * Mushrooms, fresh, .25 cup, pieces or slices
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces


Saute until chicken is cooked and food is a light golden brown color.
