    2 quarts chicken broth
    small can diced tomatoes
    1 cup uncooked brown rice
    1 medium summer squash, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    3 small onions, chopped
    4 carrots, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    40 green beans, chopped
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    Breast from rotisserie chicken (no skin)
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    1 tsp. dried oregano


Put all ingredients except chicken into slow cooker, and cook on high heat setting for 4-5 hours. Add chicken and stir through.
