    12 ounces of skinless, boneless chicken breasts (cut into small pieces)
    cup cut or chopped green bell peppers
    cup cut or chopped red bell peppers
    cup cut or chopped yellow bell peppers
    cup chopped onions
    cup Edamame, with shell
    tsp celery seed
    tsp black pepper
    1 tbsp dried parsley
    2 tsp ground or dried oregano
    1 cup grated carrots
    2 cup mushrooms, cut or in pieces (use fresh, not canned)
    1 -cup low fat, low sodium chicken broth


Mix all ingredients and place in a crock pot/ slow cooker. Cook for 4 hours.
