Introduction

This is a recipe I found in a Kraft Food & Family Cookbook. I made it for Easter dinner and it got rave reviews from everyone! We found that we got 10 generous servings instead of cutting it into 8 servings! This is a recipe I found in a Kraft Food & Family Cookbook. Ingredients

1 1/4 cups milk, divided (I used skim)
    1/4 cup sour cream
    3 Tblsp. sugar
2 1/4 cups all purpose baking mix (Bisquick or Jiffy)
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed and divided
    4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
    1/3 cup sugar

Directions

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Beat 1/2 cup milk, sour cream and 3 Tblsp. sugar in large bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in baking mix just until moistened. Spread onto bottom of greased 9 inch round pan. Bake 12-15 min. or until golden brown. Cool in pan 5 min. Remove cake from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
Beat pudding mix and remaining milk in medium bowl with shisk, 2 min. Stir in half the Cool Whip. Toss strawberries with 1/3 cup sugar.
Cut cake horizontally in half to make 2 layers (a bit tricky). Lay bottom of cake on plate. Fill with half the strawberry mixture and all the pudding mixture. Top with other half of cake and spread with remaining cool whip mixture and top with remaining strawberries.
