    1/2 lb lentils
    1 onion, minced
    10 oz green beans, thawed
    1 cup soy milk
    3 large potatoes, baked or boiled
    8 Tbsp margarine or to taste
    salt, pepper, and herbs to taste


Cook lentils according to package directions and mash them in a large bowl
mash the potatoes with the soy milk and margarine
mix the lentils with the onion, green beans and seasoning in a lightly greased casserole dish
top with the mashed potatoes
bake at 400 for 20 min or until heated through and the potatoes are dry on top--brown under broiler if you want
