Ingredients

    1 box Jiffy Oatmeal muffin mix
    1 egg
    1/2 cup milk
    1/4 cup golden raisins
    1/4 cup chocolate chips
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon

Directions

Mix muffin mix and dry ingredients well in large bowl. Whisk milk and egg separately. Stir milk mixture into dry mix until just combined, batter should be lumpy.

Scoop into prepared (greased or papered) muffin tins (about 2/3-3/4 full) and bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Makes 6-8 muffins depending on size, serving is one sixth of the recipe.
