    1 cup water
    6 oz chicken breast or tenders(no skin)
    1/2 cup tomato sauce
    1 can rotel
    1 cup frozen corn
    1 cup black beans, drained
    1 tsp chipotle pepper (ground)
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp cumin
    2 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp garlic salt


Add to a pot the water, chicken, tomato sauce, rotel and spices. Boil chicken in sauce until cooked. Remove chicken and shed, and add back to the pot. Add to the pot the beans and the corn. Cook until the sauce is rendered down to where it is not "liquidy" Serve on salad or in a taco shell.
