    1 lb Smoked Turkey Sausage, cut into 1-1.5 inch chunks
    1-2 Green Peppers, cut into chunks
    1/2 fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
    3-4 Tbsp Teriyaki marinade, divided. (I used Mrs Dash)


If using wooden skewers, soak them for about an hour before using. Combine the peppers, sausage and marinade in a big bowl. Let marinade for 15 - 30 minutes. Alternate sausage, pepper, and pineapple on the skewers and grill. About 5-7 minutes on each side, or until sausage is warmed through and veggies and fruit have some charred color.
