Ingredients



    1 Can Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)-drained and rinsed
    1 bunch Coriander, a.k.a., cilantro, leaves, raw. Chinese parsley, raw, Cilantro, raw.
    1 cup Salsa,
    1/4 cup Yogurt, plain, low fat,
    Any other veggie or anything else you want in the dip.
    1 Tablespoon cumin
    1 Tablespoon lemon pepper
    1 Tablespoon Chili powder

Directions

Take all ingredients and place into blender. Blend until smooth. Use and a dip for veggies, chips, what ever.
