Ingredients

    1 whole Chicken Breast w/bone, no skin
    8 oz jar of Sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
    Fresh Blanched asparagus
    Garlic-minced
    Grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper

Directions

Put cleaned skinless chicken breast into a baking dish

Blanch Asparagus first, add to baking dish
Add sun-dried tomatoes, Add garlic
Add veggies over the top of chicken
*ADD MORE VEGGIES IF DESIRED

Cover with foil
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min or til done

Parmesan, salt and pepper to taste

Serving for 2
