    5 Chicken Breast
    1 sm Onion
    2 Cloves garlic
    1 Cups Brown Rice
    2 Cups Mozerella Cheese grated


Makes 5 servings

In skillet *electric or stove top sear chicken breast on both sides remove from pan and in skillet brown onion until translucent add garlic stir for 1 minute add rice brown for 3 minutes add 4 cups water add chicen breast back in and simmer for 30-45 minutes, top with cheese sit until cheese is melted.
