Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 Egg whites
    1/2 cup Milk, nonfat
    1/3 cup bread crumbs, italian style, progresso
    1/4 cup Onions, chopped
    1/8 tsp Salt
    1/2 cup Pepper
    1 tsp Parsley
    1/2 tsp ground Sage
    2 tsp beef bouillon granules
    1 lb Ground turkey, 93% lean
    1/4 cup Ketchup
    2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
    1 tsp Dry Mustard

Directions

Combine the eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, sage, and bouillon in a bowl. Add the ground turkey, mix lightly until blended.

Spoon the mixture into a loaf pan, firmly pat into the pan to hold the shape. Unmold the mixture onto the rack of a broiler pan to allow any fat to drain away. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

Mix the ketchup, brown sugar, and dry mustard together. Carefully spread mixture over top of meatloaf, bake 10 more minutes.
