    Salmon 32 oz (2 lbs)
    Egg substitue 1/4 cup (may need more depending on consistency)
    Onions 2 tbs
    Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
    Old bay seasoning (to taste)
    Salt and Pepper (to taste)


If using fresh salmon break up in food processor. Mix in remaining ingredients. Shape into patties. Fry over med-med-high heat in 2 tbls. olive oil or cooking spray. Cook until golden brown.
