Ingredients

    3 chicken breasts
    6 slices bacon
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 onion coursely chopped
    3 yukon potatoes cubed
    2 tbsp dried chives
    2 tbsp basil
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp southwest seasoning
    1 tbsp ground black pepper
    1 tsp salt or to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon
Place in 9x13 inch baking dish and season with salt and pepper
Sprinkle onion over chicken
Push potatoes into spaces between chicken and around edge of dish
Combine the chives, basil, garlic powder, southwest seasoning, and black pepper in a small bowl, Sprinkle to taste over the chicken and potatoes.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour until bacon is crisp and brown and the potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with salt if desired and serve hot.
