Introduction

Great dinner~ Great dinner~
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 box of chicken stove top stuffing mix
    1 cup of Skim milk
    1/2 cup of RF sour cream
    2 eggs
    5 egg whites
    1 cup of FF shredded cheddar
    1 can of 98% FF cream of chicken soup mix
    I small can of mushrooms (4 oz)
    1 cup of peas
    1 bag of broccoli (16 oz)
    8 oz of Hillshire honey ham

Directions

Serving Size- 6

Preheat oven to 350

Chop ham into small pieces.

Take the milk, eggs, sour cream, and chicken soup mix and beat it all together. Next, add all the other ingredients and mix together. Put in a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour covered. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake until melted.
