    1 1/2 llbs of lean ground beef
    1 can of red kidney beans
    1 can of black beans
    1 yellow onion
    1 6oz. can tomato paste
    1 can diced tomatoes undrained
    1 pkg chili seasoning
    1/3 cup 2% kraft shredded cheddar cheese
    2 cloves garlic
    salt to taste


Brown beef with onion, salt, and garlic
Mix rest of ingredience and heat to boiling and turn fire on low and simmer for about 20 min. Place 1 cup servings and top with cheese
