Ingredients

    Ground Turkey
    Mushrooms
    Shallot
    Garlic
    Eggs
    Cheddar Cheese
    Red Pepper
    Zucchini

Directions

cook ground turkey in skillet, dice mushrooms, red pepper, zucchini, shallot, and mince garlic and add to turkey. Break eggs into square cooking dish, add milk and beat then mix in turkey/veggie mixture top with cheese. Cook at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes and then broil to brown top.
