Introduction

This is a makeover of my favorite banana bread recipe. Friends and family have loved it for years...but the healthy version is just as good and much less guilt! Ingredients


    1 cup wheat flour
    2/3 cup oat bran
    1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 cup gran. sugar
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/3 cup water
    3 med. over-ripe bananas (mashed)
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 cup egg beaters

Directions

mix sugar and applesauce in large bowl
add in eggs, water & mashed bananas
add flour, oat bran, baking soda, baking powder, salt
mix all well, pour into greased 8in bread pan
bake at 350 for 45mins.
