Egg salad for mustard lovers. Egg salad for mustard lovers.

    3 hard boiled eggs, whole
    3 hard boiled egg whites
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1/4 cup onion, minced
    3 tbsp Hellman's light mayonnaise
    3 tbsp brown mustard


Peel the eggs, discarding three of the yolks. Chop and place in bowl with celery and onion. Add mayonnaise and mustard and mix gently. Refrigerate immediately. Keeps in fridge for 3-4 days.
