    1-1.5 lbs. ground turkey
    2 cups shredded cheese
    8 taco shells
    1 cup taco sauce
    1 cup salsa (I recommend Pace Picante unless you like it chunky)
    1 cup black beans
    1 tbsp eachground cumin and chili powder
    cilantro and pepper to taste, garlic and onion optional
    garnishes (lettuce, tomato, guacamole)


Brown turkey meat with cumin, chili powder, onion, garlic, and any other spices. When meat is completely cooked and drained, add taco sauce, beans, and salsa and warm until all is heated through. Serve in taco shell, on tostada, or on a salad (no need for dressing). One serving is one taco with 1/4 cup shredded cheese.
