A big loaf of deliciously sweet bread that only TASTES bad-for-you! A big loaf of deliciously sweet bread that only TASTES bad-for-you!
Number of Servings: 12


    1-1/3 cup mashed bananas (about 3 small bananas for me)
    18 packets of Truvia
    1/4 cup light plain soy milk
    3 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    2-2/3 cup Heart Healthy Bisquick mix
    1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (approx. 85g)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix all wet ingredients until combined. Thoroughly mix in Bisquick and cinnamon. Fold in chocolate chips.

Pour in a greased loaf pan (9x5x3) and bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Let cool in pan on wire rack.

Makes 12 servings.
